I’ve had my unit here for about getting close to a year, I had nothing but good experiences very kind people in the office very understanding very compassionate and very professional, give great service my unit was beautifully clean and well put together when I moved in, I love the security that’s when you go in and out you need to cod, very clean storage center, did not see a speck of dirt on in any way of the Storage grounds. Ladies in the office are beyond beyond beyond professionally,my storage unit from here will be here for a long time..❤️

This place is too expensive. $227.00 for a 10×15. It is secure, management is friendly and so kind.

Hello Jeanine, Insurance is not included in the rent amount as it is up to the renter which option, they choose at the time of rental. Since we do require some insurance to rent at our site the options would be if you have renters / homeowners insurance of your own to provide and if not our 3rd party insurance company Storsmart offers insurance options starting as low as $9 per month for $2000 worth of coverage and then go up from there. (If providing you must bring your Declarations page at the time of rental & if going through Storsmart it’s a form you fill out in office at time of rental) Correct, many storage locations do require some form of insurance nowadays and depending on the 3rd party provider they use would depend on their rates for such coverage options.
I'd go somewhere else. They change policies and prices after you sign your contract and then ask, "didn't you get your new contract?". They've got no clue regarding legalities of running a business (ie: contract law).
Call them for prices. They have different sizes, depends on your need
