No. You don't need reservations. They give you a pager when your table is ready.
The wait is very long and the manager is a guy (Joe) is a very despicable person, after waiting 4 hours they cannot wait 10 minutes for you. The food is good but the managers and some servers are very rude.

No they don't let you make reservations ahead of time. Its first come first serve, I've gone once and I didn't really wait, maybe like 2 minutes.
