How is accessibility to the Gardens from Avalon beach, and within the garden? On a cane

I would say it is slightly too far for someone to walk with a cane. But they do have a very inexpensive taxi service that will drive you there. Once you get to the Botanical Garden however it is sort of a dirt Rock pavement and it could be difficult to navigate. There was also a slight incline as well and it gradually steepens.
