You need DL, a credit card, or I believe at least 150 as a deposit on a debit card ( both can be paid by ther people but they must be with you) plus proof of insurance.
Usually a driver's license and a payment method (usually card). And if there is another person that wants to drive the vehicle, that person needs to be present and must have a driver's license as well.
