Waited 2 hours for my rental to arrive from another location, mind you I booked an reservation, they tried to make it up by pro rating half a day but then wanted to charge a 300 dollar deposit ON TOP of my bill. I’ve never been charged so much for a deposit. Tried to talk to the manager Dillan and Victoria however they didn’t seem interested in doing anything to help. Worse experience I ever had at an enterprise

You need DL, a credit card, or I believe at least 150 as a deposit on a debit card ( both can be paid by ther people but they must be with you) plus proof of insurance.
Call or check the website. They only list by type (economy, compact, SUV, pick up, etc.), not by specific model.
Not really as long as you can produce a property rental agrement or/and a recent utility bills matching your DL name and address then you can just rent using your debit card. Of course using a major CC will avoid all that.
