Just initiated cancellation. Go to your my tesla page https://www.tesla.com/user/login - log in Options presented for refund were following: Debit Card 1-3 days Bank Account 3-7 days Check via US Mail 3- 60 days
Log into your my Tesla account online, and click on your profile tab with your reservations. There are options there.
I would pose that question on reddit in r/teslamotors to get the best answer. Otherwise when your vin is ready they delivery specialist will call and you can discuss it with them.
Call a dealership and talk to the sales representative.
