2015 Duramax that is off pavement and towing a lot. I had a significant transmission problem. DPS took me in without delay. They found the hard to find parts and took care of some other that I had neglected. The people at DPS are happy professionals and real truck mechanics. As a retired fleet guy, they have my business!

PLEASE DO NOT USE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Our 2012 Dodge RAM was having intermittent surging issues. After bringing in our truck twice in 2 months and paying almost $6000, unbeknownst to us the issue was not resolved by Diesel Performance Specialist which ultimately resulted in us breaking down on our family vacation to Yellowstone Park. This resulted in us having to spend almost $4000 on towing fees, car rental to try to salvage or vacation, truck rental to get us and our RV back to California to return to work, and expenses to trailer our truck back to California after a shop in Idaho Falls wasn't able to look at it after it sat in their shop for 2 weeks. Our truck is now at Auburn Dodge and they were able to diagnose the issue in an hour that Diesel Performance couldn't diagnose/repair. We are now spending another $6000 to actually fix the issue this time. I requested at least a partial refund but the owner Dennis was not willing to honor their work without us returning parts and proving that they were at fault or bringing our truck back to them, which we are not comfortable with. Unfortunately we will now be paying off our credit card for the next year with interest.
