Absolutely the worse service center I’ve ever been to. They now only allow you to scan QR code in the parking lot and they you have to pray they get the service done right the first time. No one ever comes out to greet you and all doors are locked. When you finally find someone it’s as if you are inconveniencing them.

Had a blow-out on the road (our fault, tires should have been swapped out ages ago) and Rocklin service team got us turned around asap! Left with 4 new tires, and alignment AND a FW update. Thanks so much to Michael Watson and team!!!

I believe with their Covid Process currently in place, yes, but also recommended so you don't have to wait several hours, as they usually only have 2-3 of each model to test drive
I cannot answer that with certainty although if you have a tesla there should be a home button (it actually looks like a home) that is the homelink
