I would like to see these homes. My fiance and I are both in our sixties and he has several conditions that warrant an 1 story home. I have spoken with Merlin regarding renting a home. It looks and sounds like the perfect place for us.
No, this is not a memory care facility. However, all of our homes are two bedrooms; specifically designed for (1) other family member to live with the occupant. We now have many residences living with their parents, brothers, or sisters who take care of them personally. I did this with my mother in my home for (4) years before she passed away from complications of dementia. This complex has been designed around the premise of family members helping and being responsible for family members. If this is something that will work for you, you are welcome to join our family here.
