This has been the worst apartment I have ever rented. The issues started on May 20 when I put in my first maintenance request to have the air conditioner looked at. Despite the apartment consistently exceeding 80 degrees, I was told everything was fine. It wasn't until a month had passed, google reviews were written, 5 maintenance requests were made, and multiple calls to the manager were made that I even received a phone call saying something needed to be done. I called the manager on June 18 and was told I would hear back by Monday as to what would be done about the unit. I did not hear back until June 27. When I did hear back I was told I had to be out Wednesday at 8:00 am due to them having to do an abatement, however, the apartment would not book a hotel until Wednesday at 3:00 pm. That was after 5 phone calls and me explaining that putting me in a hotel that does not take pets when I have a cat and dog (both ESAs) that was unacceptable. I was then told that I would be able to come back to the apartment on July 2. I get a phone call at 8:00 am July second stating that the "new" unit had a hole, Freon leaked out of the unit and that I would be in the hotel until Tuesday. However, this "new" unit that was installed has rust (which I have pictures of). So now I am out the money for a portable air conditioner that I had to buy because the apartment consistently exceeded 85 degrees, food, an extra day in the hotel so that I had a place to be done, and nothing has been fixed nor has any concessions been made to remedy this situation. Furthermore, be careful of 5 star reviews. Management is currently offering rent discounts for anyone who writes a 5 star review. EDIT: This company repeatedly breaks the law. I was FORCED to move out prior to my lease end date by management. The refused to properly fix the AC. they refused to admit there were any issues. And then told me I HAD to leave by the end of the month. Now I have been sent a collections notice despite NEVER receiving a final balance, itemized list, or move out sheet - which is against the law. This apartment complex seeks nothing but to steal your money and destroy your name and credit in the process. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Simply disappointing. There is no maintenance...NO AYYYYY SO. FIND A BETTER SIDE. I LIVE HERE. STILL😒my contract is half a year away..still 🤔so I have to collect the water from the air..it liquefies.my stairs are wet they stink of humidity and there is nothing else for aser you just hold on 🤢🤢

Were paying for the trash to be cleanes ' and its always full. So ther3s a lot of flies Its always closed. No matter Day or time always damn closed
