Love living here, it's very close to amazing bars, restaurants, and events. The women in the office are always kind and helpful too. The studios themselves great solid internet, plenty of storage, and you can get fairly creative with the interior design. The heating/cooling is a dated and inefficient but that's my only complaint. The rent price is good for what you get especially when you compare Park Ave to other apartments in the area. Edit: removed two stars because they make their residents go through unnecessary steps to recieve their security deposit after move out. A friend of mine at a different property was also overcharged at move out, she left her place in immaculate condition/cleanliness yet recieved less than half of her security deposit. Garbage The mailboxes are frequently broken into and residents mail stolen as well. When I told the office about it they said they were working on repairing the boxes but I doouubt it

I’ve lived here for almost a year now, the staff is very friendly, the apartment is nice and updated. Maintenance is always timely and friendly. The pool is sparkling clean, and for the price in this location you can’t beat it.
