They have a customer service desk but am not sure about check cashing services. I would call the store just to make sure

Yeah, they should. It's like $3 but it has to be a printed check. And if its over $1,000 it's $6. As long as the Wal-Mart your in has a Money Center they SHOULD cash checks and give money orders.
