First let me say, I have always had good experiences with Enterprise...till today. I had a reservation and specifically requested a cross-over or mid size SUV. I called and asked if I could pick it up between 10 - 11 am as I had a ride to get there at that time. I was told by Angel that he didn't think he would have one in at time but would schedule the pick-up at 4pm. I said no problem but could he call and let me know if one comes in earlier and he said he would. No one called all day. At approx. 3pm I called and asked if I could be picked up as I didn't have a ride. Someone named Aaron (I think) told me they did not have anything in but if I came in closer to 5, they should, again I asked to be called....no call. I got a ride there at 4:55. Angel looked on the computer and it did not have me down for pick up. He had to look it up by my name. After about 30 mins of waiting...they bring a Toyota Corolla and offered it to me. I told them that was NOT what I asked for. Because of medical issues, it is very difficult for me get in and out of small cars. All I got from them was "I'm sorry, that's all we have." They had all day to find a car. They never bothered. They never offered an upgrade or anything. My 2020 Buick Envision was hit in a parking lot causing major damage to the front quarter panel and bumper on May 30th. I had a rental from Enterprise for 30 days through my insurance. After the 30 day limit, I had the car an additional 10 days which I paid for. Since then, I have without been without a car due to a backorder for my bumper. It is now going on 3 months I have been without my car. Last month I had a Dr. appt. in Manteca so I rented a car for 1 day. No problem. I had a rental reservation to pick up today for my Dr. appt again in Manteca for tomorrow... NO CAR RENTAL! Now I have to cancel. In the last 2 months, I have spent almost 500.00 out of my pocket for car rentals and today, Enterprise did not reserve the requested car for me. I don't know why you bother to make a reservation for specific type autos if reservations don't mean anything. Is it reservation or first come, first served? Maybe I should have gone down there and sat all day till one came in I am so disappointed in Enterprise.

My husband had gotten into an accident and we needed to rent a car, we asked for a car that saved some gas, we knew it wouldn't save as much as our car because we have a hybrid. They gave us a decent SUV, can't remember the make, very comfortable, unfortunately they needed it back for their sales department, we took it back and they had another SUV, Toyota, ready for us to go, unfortunately this car was not good for us, we don't smoke and the customer before was definitely a smoker, they replaced it the following day with a beautiful upgrade, a Mercedes, they were very sweet and understanding for us returning the second car, also very appreciative for us bringing them the first car. They were professional, friendly, and ready to help.

Yes but whatch out cause the worker Kevin is a shark he will lie to corporate so you get over charged for the mistake on office hours. There known to close the doors early so you can't retuen your rental on time then charge you for it.

I think it was around $200, they were quick to put it back into my account when we returned the vehicle.
Mine was returned the day after I turned in the car. That was on a Wednesday.
