I have a 2016 Hyundai I have to replace the front Bumperit is plastic has a primer on it is there something I need to put on it before I paint or do I just put the paint on the primer and how much paint will I need thank you in advance

I would apply an adhesion promoter. B&Z Auto Color should have some. They come in a spray can also..
