I can't say enough positive things regarding my experience with Dale Commons. My job entails visiting and working directly with many facilities in this area, and Larry and his staff are comfortably some of the easiest people I've had the pleasure of working with. They are courteous, attentive, and welcoming. The grounds and structures are well maintained, and their residents seem happy and well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to place a loved one at Dale Commons.

They all are very expensive. Cost go up annually. This is a retirement home that has assisted living. You can call office and they will get you quotes and what they include. Depending on how much care you need is the level you need. It is about $525 per level each month plus the cost of your apartment and entities about $2900 and up.
Yes, with precautions. We screen all of our guests, ask for proof of vaccination and wear masks throughout the tour.

Our Resident Enrichment program is designed for, and influenced directly by the residents who live with us. When our residents want to attend cultural events we organize our calendar to accommodate them, providing venues are open and we can attend them safely.

I do not know. I can say that my mother who is 79 but does NOT need assisted living lives there with her husband who DOES need assisted living. He pays the usual assisted living cost which I think is about $5k and then for her living with him it's an additional $1300
Yes. It is a assisted living and independent living place. Facility is nice. Staff is great. Andrew is the activities coordinator and is amazing. He is very compassionate about his job and for the residence. But like the rest, it is pricey.
If someone you know lives in the community, you may visit them whenever and however long you like. Front desk is available to answer questions between 0800-2000.
