I have been a part of the El Rio team for almost a year, and it has been great. The ED does staff appreciation ideas at least every 3 months plus she is always giving out gratitude to staff for their hard work. As a DRS I feel I have the support from our ED and corporate to be flexible with schedule as needed for staff to finish their career goals. We Just recently had 3 employees graduate from nursing school and 2 have became nurses in the community. I am happy to say where I work very proudly with the team I have helped build along the way. The staff truely care and love what they do.

El Rio Memory Care Community has been my second home since I accepted the position as Director of Community Relations back in August 2021. Showering the residents, staff, and families with my love and appreciation is the absolute best part of my day!! Working to help those with dementia thrive within our community has become my passion!! The team here at El Rio truly is phenomenal!! From Nurses, caregivers (RA's), dietary aids, housekeeping, laundry, activites & management the staff is loving, caring, and attentive!! Thank you for inviting me to be a part of the family!!

Good Morning Donna, we dont take either.
Good Afternoon Donna, we currently have no positive cases in the building. We had an employee test positive but will finish 2 weeks of quarantine on 1/21/2021. That person has been out of the building for the full 2 weeks. All new residents and employees musts have a negative test before coming in.

They can have pets but the owner has to be able totake care of them
