Yes it does like this girl sad one side is methadone and other one is subs and when u start program u start getting methadone 3rd day first 2 days its just app. With doctor and counselor and 3rd day they start u of with 30 mg and u can go up up to 10 mg a week till u reach 80 mg then they stop and if u want to go more up you would have to ask counselor and fill up some paper then they make you app. With they doctor on site and he is the one who bump you up usually 5 to 10 mg and they can't do more then 10 mg a week.usually you can go up to 120mg 130mg only few people I know get more then 130mg its not like Syracuse that you can go up to 160mg or more
