When I stayed, there were several National Grid electrical trucks parked in various places. If you give them a call, it seems there's a chance.
Not sure. The parking lot is big enough; you would have to inquire with them.
Thank you both. The answer is yes, it's behind the Days Inn just off Noonan Dr., accessed from the back of the parking lot but it is it's own parking area.
