I wouldn't recommend giving them your watch if you value it. I took 2 pocket watches there yesterday. Both non-expensive brands, but one in mint condition and worth $300 as a limited edition collectable. They changed one battery without issue, and the other they were not able to, which happened to be the collector watch. It wasn't until I got home and looked at the back of the watch that I noticed the scratches and pry marks on the watch case. Needless to say it no longer looks in mint condition and instead looks like a rat was gnawing on the case. I would never take anything there again. Totally not trustworthy. Go to Baccardos Jeweler in Scranton instead.
