Go online and fill out the job application, make sure you have a resume completed the attached to the job app. It's ideal to have some sort of background with firearm proficiency or security work in the past. They have their own store in the building were you can buy all your equipment from, even your handgun. if you want to use your own firearm, it must meet a set list of requirements which they will include if they hire. Titan is a great company to get hired on if no past experience. They are one of the biggest, if not the biggest, in KC Area. Most room for growth, training is average at best. But at least they do train. You are going to feel like a number working here
