Guards are absolutely unprofessional. One guy was hired for armed work and didn't even know how duty belts work. Another guy shows up to an armed post, unarmed and without a belt, allowing his pants to sag. Also why do they always show up to relieve fellow guards late? Be 5 mins early!!! You get paid for it!

Yes, depending on the city where the post is located. Some cities do have certain restrictions on the types of firearms, but can't think of any that restrict color off hand.
