The kids space opens when the library opens and yes there doing free lunch again this summer
Hello, our KidSpace opens when the library opens. You can check out our regular hours and holiday closing information here: www.onlib.org/locations/city-libraries/central-library In 2019, we will offer free lunches to children ages 18 and under, Monday through Friday from July 8 to August 16 in our first floor Community Room, 12 - 1 pm. Beauchamp Branch Library is also offering free lunches during the same dates, at the same time.
The kids floor opens around the same time the whole library does 8:30 A.M. and dont know the answer to your second ?
