They do offer golf cart type tours for free for people who want to explore the trails but cannot walk them. Call for info.

There are no paved paths. But all the paths are fairly flat, smooth, mulched and about four feet wide. There are also wooden boardwalks.

There are not; however, the ground on the paths is rather compacted and you should make it through fine. There are sections of some trails that are boardwalk style but require travel on dirt paths.
