I have pushed a baby stroller all the way around the lake and had a wonderful time. You just have to be more careful and go a little slower to traverse some of the areas along the trail.
They have one trail that is wheelchair accessible with an accessible viewing deck.
The bullying is bit dirt trails. However there is a lot to see in the building, many displays and a nice area to observe the birds and wildlife.
It's not overly wheelchair accessible
They have carts (similar to golf carts) that can take you and a few friends to explore some of the trails if you cannot walk well. Just call ahead to make sure they have a driver available. I do not remember an extra cost for it but if there was, it was minimal. The trails themselves are dirt trails with twigs and bumps and small rocks that would make pushing a wheelchair or stroller too hard.
The building is wheelchair accessible. The trails are not.
