Bikes are not permitted on the trails, though they may be used as transportation to get to and from the Nature Center. Bike racks are provided in spring, summer, and fall.

I didn't see any signs stating they weren't welcome when I was there just the other day, but I wasnt actively looking for one either. Have you tried giving the main office a call during business hours?
