This time of year not much. Went to Cooperstown two weeks ago. It's a baseball-centric village. Most of the shops are souvenir themed. Many of the restaurants were closed either due to it being off season or an inability to find help. The HOF itself is worth the visit but if you're looking for something equally as substantial and interesting, you might be a bit disappointed.
