Cooperstown is a village, not a town, or even a city....its is that small. No mass transit.
Huge number of people, there are handicap parking but get to the site early and use a wheel chair
There is street side parking near the museum that may be available. Also some handicap parking was no charge.
We found a metered spot on one of the side streets about a block away. It cost something like 25 cents an hour.
There isn't really any mass transit in downtown cooperstown but there is street metered parking or they have a lot next to Doubleday field you can pay to park in. It's all by time, but very inexpensive
The trolley is wheelchair accessible and runs through all 3 parking lots (Blue,Red,Yellow). $2.50 or something like that. You can pay at the booth but the driver will accept cash. Runs every 30 minutes.
Thanks so much! That helps a lot.
