How do the rows run. 1st row is next the floor. Or row 1 at top and row 27 closes yo the floor. Only asking because row 5 is cheaper than row 28.

Row 5 is closer than row 27/28. Are those in the same section? Section 106 would be lower, 206 would be upper. If you are going to a concert or a sporting event makes a difference also as different sections are close or have better views.
