We scheduled a tour and drove 3 hours to view and sign a lease. When we arrived, we waited 45 minutes in the leasing office until someone finally came. When they ended up arriving, they told us they already leased it out and no longer had any availability. They had confirmed the tour multiple times, ended up being ridiculously late with no notice, and they never bothered to tell us they rented the unit out already. They offered other options to tour once we already spent 3 hours driving there, but the options were not something we were ever interested in and had communicated that prior to arrival. Will definitely not ever entertain a lease from here.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I recently moved out of this community and strongly recommend you avoid it. The building is old, smells, constant power outages and fire alarms that randomly go off for hours. Crime is rampant and there are little to no security cameras and the parking garage is not secure at all. The pet area is never clean and often has no bags for picking up after pets.

Truly have loved my experience at the pickwick plaza. Was apprehensive living in the city, let alone a historic building. But I have loved being able to adopt the lifestyle that comes with city life, being in walking distance to the river market, great coffee shops & very easy and convient high way access. The building makes me feel very safe and secure as there is security on duty at all times. The building is kept very clean by one of the sweetest cleaning ladies named Jessica. Maitenence requests get completed timely and well. Tyler, the building manager is extremely helpful, understanding & patient in handling my requests and questions. Overall I have loved my time here at the pickwick. Also. The gym is phenomenal!!!
