We have tickets for the Jonas Brothers on sept 22. Tickets have been added to the AXS app on an older smart phone as directed by AXS. Is there any way to prove we have tickets at the concert if my phone goes bad?

My son asked about that and they told them if you show them your credit card you used they can trace the transaction. Good luck

Printing the tickets is the best way to solve the problem

Try going to the will call window. With your ID they can verify your tickets but it takes time and holds everybody up. It would be better to login to their sight at home and print the tickets in advance so you don't get a crowd of anxious customers crawling up your back.
