Standard box office hours are Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. On event days, Price Chopper Box Office at Sprint Center opens at10 a.m. with extended hours until the official start time.
I didn't purchase any of the tickets for the concerts I have seen at this venue but I believe the online Ticketmaster site was used with no problems.
I bought my tickets online and received them in the mail no problem whatsoever I believe I use Ticketmaster went and saw paint it was wonderful good luck with your tickets
