The shortest Trail is paved and is only about one quarter of a mile. There are many other trails available which are longer and several of them link together so you could potentially walk a few miles if you linked all the trails together.
We took an over land hike using a topographical map to get from the paved trail all the way to the Rock face trails. Walked several miles through the woods and grassy plain area. It was mowed shorter at some point so the trail was pretty easy to follow. Long story short, ha, you can make a day of it
There are 6 trails totaling just under 6 miles. The shortest trail is a. 5 mile paved one behind the nature center building; the longest is a 1.5 mile loop trail. You can loop them all together for a longer hike. A 1.15 mile linear trail, if walked both directions while accessing trails at either end, obviously increases your total distance.
