Personally I would not. I never walk the trails without my husband. If you go inside and talk to the people that work there they will tell you they've had trouble with teens.
There are several paved or groomed trails that I wouldn't worry about you on. There are also a couple longer/rougher trails that I'd wonder about your physical ability to handle. The staff at the nature center is wonderful in suggesting where to go.
