I’ve tried four times to renew my plates online and it will not go through. I have all required docs.....what could be the hold up?

I was just at the Blue Springs Missouri office, it is open, today till 5 pm.

You need to call DOR in Jeff City. The number should be on the renewal site somewhere, or Google it.

No way for someone on here to know, would have to talk to a DMV employee. The blue Springs office is closed for another week and a half though
