I'll say hard. It's rough in a couple spots

If you are relatively fit and active, it shouldn't be too bad. Take your time. If you prefer something genuinely easy, St Joe state park has walking trails as well as Engler Park in Farmington.

Not that hard, go slow and enjoy, just a bit rough in n places.

Hard in some spots, might need a helping hand. I know I needed to hold my son's hand a few times to climb down/up the trail. Some of the tree roots are like steps. If you do go by yourself, you could go quite a bit before having to turn around do to climbing.
