I don't know what reason for the bad reviews wanting money back I had a good experience with Lux and would recommend them Ask for Eve she is the Best/ also Tarah. I had my procedure in February. These ladies are always there to help you and answer any questions. YES you should stay with Lux
This place is horrible , you pay to get surgery and they do the job wrong , after they charge you , they do everything wrong , they do not answer your calls , they never call back . I don't want my money, I want them to finish their work on me. When you go for the first time they treat you like a princess. They do something bad to you they don't face you they deny you the doctor DR SIMÓN for me I don't have good news to give sorry. I've been waiting for him to call me since 11/2 and nothing.
My advice is if you’re going to go to get surgery do not paid them in advance keep your money until you make up your mind to go because I’ve been calling these people since October trying to get my money back now they stop answering call every time I call it something else now they don’t answer my call at and they still have my money
I had my procedure in March and everyone there is amazing! Im going back again in February.
The dr.i used is no longer with us 😢. I love my results. The customer service over the phone was really bad except by a few like Eve and Roxanna. In person, they were lovely.
