I had my tummy tuck last month with Dr. Gary Vela he did a great job, I loved the results. But the stuff are unprofessional and not helpful at all. I was supposed to get a refund for 3 massages that they canceled a day after my surgery. They took for ever to refund my money and only cause I was calling every day and making sure they refund my money. At first everything was great with my coordinator she help with all my needs But she recommended me a recovery home for me to stay after my surgery. I booked for the first few day and payed $400 deposit. The day that I arrived to Miami I couldn't not reach or get a hold of the RH and I was stuck at the airport. I called my coordinator and she was able to help me and get me a new RH. I never got my money back from the recovery home (Royal Stay) because they close it due to a covid infection but they never notifed me about the situation at the end I lost that money. I will say that the surgons at beyond beauty are good but the stuff are not well trained, it was not a great experience my stay in Miami.

I thank God I am alive to tell you. You know how many I had the illusion of being able to see myself better after having had 5 pregnancies. One day I decided to undergo an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) surgery. On TikTok they promote this Beyond Beauty Plastic Surgery Clinic in Miami. I paid my deposit they gave me my appointment. I did my medical tests and everything was ready for my surgery with Dr. Michel Stephan. The first thing is that although I sent my tests in advance, the doctor had not even seen my medical results. I travel from Los Angeles California. The day before, just in front of me, was when the doctor first saw my medical file. Of course, after spending 9 in the morning waiting to see the doctor for the first time and he came to see me until 3 in the afternoon. The waiting room was full. But I thought that they were all going to surgery on another day, not the same day as me, and that maybe different doctors were doing the surgery. The next day there were about 5 women for surgery at the same time or half an hour apart. Until days later I found out why one finds them in the appointments for post-operative massages and there I asked them who had operated them and at what time and date and it turns out that it was the same day almost 20 to 30 minutes apart with the same Doctor. Now I understand why I almost died. I have 5 months in bed. My surgery, apart from being poorly done, looks horrible. The sides are hideous. The cuts look like they were made by a kindergartner. I got an infection and it got into my blood, kidneys and liver. The worst thing is that since I was bandaged I didn't know that all my skin was dead and infected until I arrived in Los Angeles after being like that for 9 days in Miami. My skin did not die in 5 hours of flight, that happened while I was in Miami. I knew it until my mom took off my girdle and what covered my wound. Here, no doctor wanted to take care of my case because I didn't have medical insurance, because the government's Medical or Medicaid does not cover such damage. No one wants to fix what someone else ruined. In other words, they told me, oh, you go back to Miami or you die because no one here is going to help you. My sister investigated a case similar to mine with Dr. Michel Stephan where he left her the same or worse after another doctor had already controlled the infection. That's why I said I want to live and I don't want to leave my children orphans. Lawyers have bought them. If you appreciate your life. This place is the last place you should use for surgery. I can't work and my credit is ruined because I haven't been able to work for 5 months to pay my bills. I wish someone could help me.

By far the best surgery center I have been too. I had my surgery on July 21 and my consultant was betty. Betty was very hands on and kept communication with me every time I called or needed assistance . My DR was DR.Stefan he was very nice and was able to give me the results I was requesting all the staff starting from the reception to the anesthesiologist and doctor where very nice and sweet.
