I’m waiting since the 18th for a refund for 10,000$ after they kept $1,000 deposit. Radio silence. When I called and asked to be connected to the refund department they hung up. I’ve sent email after email and I can’t get anyone to speak to me or give me my 10,000$ back. At this point they have stolen my 10,000$ Plus the 1,000$ deposit and I’m going to contact my bank because they scammed me completely. Be very careful dealing with these people it’s extremely shady business practice to not give people a refund.

I give them 2 stars and it's ONLY because the pre-op and post-op people were great in person but hunty, the patient coordinators are atrocious!!! If you are okay with not really talking or even meeting your doctor til the day of surgery (or maybe 1 day before), then this is the place for you. I did not know that's how this office operates as I referred to them by a friend and she raved about her experience but for me???? I disliked it... Heavily. Not being able to get my questions answered for days, getting called back by assistants who can't answer real questions, not getting helped by other coordinators when yours is unavailable, not being able to speak with the doctor performing the surgery, answering the same questions a million times, escalations being a joke, them not communicating issues on their end that's affecting you, not telling you that they actually have 2 locations and you don't even find out where the surgery is until you're cleared to have it - 1 is in a super low budget area so don't think that it's this awesome place that you see on their site because I legit almost cancelled the day before my surgery... Smh! All trash! They need to post the 2nd location so that people know what the options really are. For a hot sec, I considered cancelling my surgery twice, the 1st time when my surgeon just up and left the damm practice!!! They moved me over to Dr. Kagan and I went through with it. Now I can tell you that if you can get through all that madness and horrible communication from the coordinators and actually make it to where you meet the pre- & post-op teams, who actually all wonderful then you're in good shape. My tummy tuck is done and I'm back home recovering. Besides 1 stitch that looks like it's not going to heal well, Kagan did a good job on me but I can absolutely tell you that if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have chosen this place to have my procedure. I would've went somewhere nice where I can actually talk with my doctor and have virtual and in-person visits if needed but I had already paid half the cost and made so many arrangements. I'm just glad it's done...

I scheduled my surgery with Dr. pane a few months ago. No one informed me at the time that the doctor will be moving surgery centers. The customer Service that I have received at unique aesthetic center is horrible. I have made at least eight contacts with them, requesting my refund. I do not have access to the portal, is the only way you can request a refund is through the portal. I once gained access and they don’t have my deposit on file, I no longer have access. I asked for a complaint department or to leave it a complaint, they won’t give any other information on how to contact anyone rather than just leaving a message. Claudia who they won’t provide any other information on is said to be the general manager. Claudia can you please reach out . This is ridiculous!! I feel like this is a scam. I don’t recommend unique aesthetic center at all. To risk putting your life in obviously unqualified hands that can’t even return a phone call prior to surgery????. Hell no!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! And and shame on Dr. Payne‘s team for not notifying prospective/actual clients that you would no longer be at a certain location!! I’ve had five other consultations and this has been the most horrible experience!! I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!
