I was so excited to get my surgery done with Dr Z, paid deposit to hold my price and procedure with him During the pandemic!! Dr Z ended up opening his own office, which I was never advised off. When I found out through a friend that he had his own office, I contacted Xiluette regarding my deposit.. they told me that my surgery coordinator will contact me. I have been waiting for a year to hear back from them regarding my deposit that I paid to get my procedure done with Dr Z. The person who did talk to me, told me that the deposit was old since it was paid during the pandemic.. but they never contacted me to advise of Dr Z not working with them any longeror to discuss my options. Dr Z has nothing to do with this review as I know of his work and his results!! I feel that it is very unprofessional of this office for not contacting me regarding the change of Drs and even after I reached out to them via phone & messages they still have not return my call to discuss my deposit options. Be aware because they will be super sweet and fast when it comes to getting your money but when they have to answer to give your the money back they will ignore you. I really didn’t want to write this review, but I have been waiting for a long time to hear from them regarding my money.

This place is so full of BS I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They communicate very effective when they are trying to get your money, once they receive payment it is so hard to get a hold of anyone I’ve been calling for over a month and a half and no one still has t returned my calls as promised . They have been paid in full and my surgery hasn’t been rescheduled yet !! I will be contacting my attorney at this point

I'm with you. Dr. Z can get it at another clinic. Xiluet what they have is a total disorder. They charged me badly and additionally paid for massages which were a disaster.
Did you get an attorney? Id so, what was name? I'm out so much money from all the tests not covered by ins, all out of pocket! And now because I stayed on the phone all day,( I'm sure an inconvenience) to get the test done, they canceled my surgery HOURS after last test done! It's does not seem the Doctors are the problem, it seems to be unorganized staff. But I have taken off time from work I can't get back, time and money! All they had to do was fax orders!?!
So far I've only done the virtual consultation. I was told the same thing. My coordinator asked me to pick either Dr.z or Dr.Mike. Now I'm being told there's a new Dr as well, But was never given his name. That was like 3 days ago. The prices are good, but IDK anymore.
After 2 weeks you will be fine, very good work of the surgeons
