Soooo many!! I always get the papas but lately they have delicious green beans too! Their sweet lil beet salad changes now and then and I have never been disappointed with any of their vegetarian soups du jour. ;) As far as entrees I think the eggplant is their current best but they had a veggie compose that converted my mountain man of an SO to always buying the vegetable option when we are eating out. 😁 Afterall, anyone can make meat and potatoes, but artistry is done with vegetables. And artistry is what I have come to expect from La Copine. Save room for dessert! See you @ desert vegfest 🏜️ next month!
