Specialty Urgent Care

Took my husband to Speciality Urgent Care,because Monday I took him to the hospital, he was not improving. He's experiencing lots of pain. Tried to check in, explain the woman in the window, first coming out of her mouth is"we don't prescribe pain medication" as if we are drug addicts. I explained, we are not here for narcotics, I just want my husband to feel better. Regardless we were turned away.

This place is horrible. The first time they gave my son a prescription that only made his problem worse after rushing my son and his mother out. Even his own doctor confirmed that the prescription they gave was bunk and useless along with a waste of time and resources for what my son had. Fast forward I give this place another try thankfully a different doctor YET too bad we were rushed out once again yet told to go to the ER because she thinks his cough was bad but offered to give us antibiotics. We go to the ER down the hill as she advised and wasted 6 hours just to be told my son has the flu. Thanks a lot. This place is useless and I would not trust anyone here with your health let alone your personal information.

This was absolutely the WORST and most unprofessional urgent care I have ever been to. I gave them my insurance information I don’t know how many times and I got a bill for almost $1k. They never called me with the results of my test which is what I got billed for.

No hand sanatizer anywhere. Bathroom was a health hazard. No receipt, no paperwork and was told could not receive my copies until Wed when Erica came in?? Terrible. They edit
