This place is beautiful. When I was there for there services they always did everything with a smile. There is a lady at the front desk named Jery and she is so sweet. I love these guys Letty, Sal, both Jarys and the financial manager. There are there to help and support you!

Greeted by kind patient gracious staff. First you’re seen by a lovely nurse who is very knowledgeable, then a therapist who does not rush you. The wait time is long because this is a free walk-in clinic. Prioritize your health and go in prepared to wait. They have snacks and drinks available and comfortable lounge chairs. They assured me I can come back any time , 24 hours of the day. I’m very grateful I went in when I did.

I had a great experience and yes the wait can be long but it’s your health. You have to prioritize it and choose to wait. There is no other option in the hi desert. Once you’re in and seen by the nurse, you are then seen with the therapist. Both were wonderful, kind, patient people. I turned around at first because of the wait, but to be honest I wasn’t really flipping out. I went back when I really was, and was greeted with kindness and grace. I lucked out that there was no one in front of me.
