The pools are open 24/7 - it's one of my favorite things about going to Desert Hot Springs Spa.

I don't remember but u can call and find out. I know I've gone as early as 8 am and I'm swimming 15 min. Later. It's a hotel so have fun so many pools to choose from
They are open 24/7.
