This was pretty bad. We first went here 7 years ago for one night when my Hubby and I had our first vacation. We thought it would be fun to stay a night this past weekend just for memories and everything online looked like the hotel was turning into something special. The pools did have mineral water which was nice. Well this time was horrible. It's pretty much a motel 6 with resort attached to the name. We got there about 5pm after a long day on the road and we were told both AC units weren't working but there was someone on the way to fix it. It was about 90 degrees in the room. We got the mountain view room because it had a little kitchen and we had our own food. After the AC issue, we realized the refrigerator wasn't really working and we went to lay in the bed only to realize it was completely broken on one side. Since we were too tired to drive anywhere else we agreed to change rooms. They said they were giving us an upgrade. The upgrade was the room with a pool. The room really needed a paint job and deep clean. Against my hubby's better judgment I got in the hot tub anyway since it was there and all. The tub was over shocked which left my skin hating me and I couldn't make it down the stairs of the pool because it felt like it hadn't been resurfaced well ever. It was literally worst than trying to run barefoot on the beach.

Positive: Very nice. Will come back again. One minor issue but all in all was a very nice stay. Negative: We put in a request for the light to be fixed. The switch by door did not turn on the light in corner, (assuming blub was out). We put in 4 requests for it to be fixed and no one showed up to fix it.
