Hello - we generally only buy bulk of Magic or Pokemon, and then only when it is part of a larger collection including better cards.
They buy bulk or singles from my experience it all depends, meaning if you trying to unload your duplicates with 0$ value then No but they will take em for free it has to make sense business wise. That's from my experience
