Waited over a year for 4 chairs. Told 4 chairs ready for delivery. Called me back and said only 2 chairs available. Waited several months, called and mysteriosly two chairs were ready for delivery. Delivery came and 1 chair fell apart. Delivery people were able to fix the chairs minor issue.

They only have 1 person working cust. Service desk. That person is off on Fridays and Sundays. And from my own personal experience usually I wait on hold for 10 to 15 min only for them to pick up the phone and then hang up in my face. Figures.

We've implemented additional safety measures, and are closely following the social distancing guidelines from the CDC. For stores located in states where they have mandated the use of masks in public, we will follow with those set guidelines. We are a fever-free zone. All of our team members are checked for fever using touchless thermometers at the start of every shift. This is our policy and we are dedicated to abiding by it.
Not sure if they provide that but you can call any store to check with them.
