Yes, they do offer VA discount except it has to be requested by customer. It's not something they even mentioned routinely unless it's asked for by customer. Not quite sure if the discounts are per item but I've witness when my patient has requested his discount after providing his VA-ID card a certain (%%) percentage is deducted from the total amount due.

I've shown my card but they don't honor everything like Lowe's just wondering if they changed their policy yet
Yes just ask for it and show your card
Not sure. It's a good store who has matched Lowe for me in the past. I have used Lowe coupons there.
