You should have a non-expired, valid photo ID. If you come in without one the tratment center may allow you to start, however you would probably need to get your ID updated within a few days.
It maybe ok I had to transfer and transfer back a year later and they still use my original photo. They take Humana and Sunshine health Medicaid now but it has to be only Medicaid. You can't have Medicaid and Medicare. Who was 868-5085 counselor. Huge changes last few months employee wise
