STAY FAR AWAY. We flew from Pennsylvania to what ended up feeling like a total scam. Do not send your loved ones here. It will cause regression in their mental health. Don’t be fooled by your initial conversations or the 4.8 stars this somehow has. The facility is unkept, patients haven’t had medication in days, the staff was so rude on-site. Stay away and safe yourself the stress we had to undergo. I wish I could write this review 10 more times to save yourself from sending a loved when here. They will lie to you and they won’t show you the facility

It's as easy as calling them. I had called Legacy and was provided a plane ticket with a driver pick up within 24 hours.
That is a good question, as each employer may have have a different determination or policy for these situations. Based on the size of the company, many employers offer FMLA for medical leave. Keep in mind, every patients situation is different and would need to be evaluated by our licensed staff before making a determination, but an overall average based on past clients would be at least 30 days.
