Disagree totally, service to me was friendly & quick / our server was ms ORIA a 25 years employee The chocolate caliente was sooooo good I liked it Better than Angelina's in PARIS

Under new management, not the same anymore. Quality and quantity has decreased some what.

Food was outstanding, but the service was pretty bad.

The churros are at least fried to order.

You're right. They have been lacking in service. The food quantity has shrunk somewhat from years ago. We seldom go there now.
